I love that song. Did you know that he is in icu due to an automobile accident? 1000s of people are in the ICU. He's no more important than any of the rest of them.

True that, it was just weird you posted that when I just read about his wreck. Quit ruining country music Country music started going down the tubes when Merle Haggard, George Strait, Alan Jackson, George Jones, and real country singers were replaced by frauds like Luke Bryan, Florida-Georgia Line, and that crap. I loved Merle Haggard's comment when asked his opinion of Florida-Georgia Line. He replied, "I pissed there one time". LOL

Quit ruining country music My radio stays on 97.1 most of the time. I do not like the current state of country but do like the get up song. 97.1 is slowly going down the tubes. They’ve been steadily introducing newer country into their lineup while omitting songs they used to play. 10 years ago I remember listening to Hank Williams, Jimmy Dean, Marty Robbins on their station, and never heard a song that wasn’t the 80s or earlier. Now you don’t hear those singers at all, and more and more 90s music is creeping into the lineup (I’ve nothing against 90s country, but I see where the trend is going). I think it’s a sliding time scale. They might only do music that has an age of 30-50 years old. Nothing newer or older than that.

It is still superior to any other fm radio station that I know of.
