For once, I don’t dislike Dusty going to a new pitcher.

This team takes way too many called strikes. Not every pitch is homer-friendly.

Come on, Taylor. Don’t be walking struggling hitters.

Walk off homer by Kyle wins the game. Great pitching again. Baker was dead wrong to pull McCullers with two outs in the 6th. Lance didn't like it and I don't blame him. We keep winning games in spite of this moron we have as a manager. Great game by Maldonado and the walk off by Kyle Tucker.

I wish I could tell Kalas what I thought of his comment about the "social distancing" celebration after Kyle's home run. I am sick of being fed this bullshit during games like we hear on every newscast. You expect nothing but this crap on the news but we need a break from it during baseball games. Some teams have players stupid enough to wear masks playing the outfield. LOL LOL

I just wish we could turn on TV and see ONE thing that didn't constantly mention COVID-19. Here is Lance wearing a mask in his post-game interview. LOL My nephew's wife made me two masks with Astros emblems on them to wear when I have to wear them. Oh no...Kyle is being interviewed and has no mask. LOL LOL

Winning some close games is a nice change of pace. Altuve only had one hit but he another one hard. He's looking better the last couple of days. Tucker with a big confidence boost. Lance looked good again.
Things are heading in the right direction.

To me it just seems like it's Lydia and me that truly believe in him. That should not be the case.

His confidence is so low he asked to be moved down in the order for the first time since he was a rookie. We're 20+ games into the season and he is hitting under .190. There's no saying he can't or won't bounce back, but there is no doubt that this is the worst run of baseball in his entire career. How can fans NOT worry that something is wrong? It's not knocking Altuve as he has earned the chance to battle through this, but there is nothing wrong with being concerned that something is going on.

If there is a physical problem, we don't know about it. I tend to think it is mental. People can get mad if they want to but he is convincing some folks that he got help from the sign stealing mess. To prove otherwise, he needs to start hitting. Unionstation is right.........he tries to pull the ball to much.

Especially with Matt Chapman and before with Adrian Beltre at third base, you can’t live on grounding it past them. He tends to be a bit stubborn at the plate and try to either pull his hits or hack at the ugly Biggio pitches.

He has turned into mostly a dead pull hitter who gets himself out. The hit to RF yesterday may have been an accident.
