Maybe we should put Springer out there to see what we can get in return. LOL If I thought you were serious I'd compare you to nathangarza. I'd float Altuve's name to see who wants to pay $30 million a year for a mental midget who isn't hitting his weight. I’m sure they would rather pay for an outfielder who rides the pine on the IL for half of every season and then plays in a slump for weeks at a time.

That is what I thought.......maybe nathangarza is working on a deal to get rid of Sneed and Biagini. LOL Biagini will be gone soon enough. Both he and Sneed have been here too long.

I had rather have him than a mentally deficient second baseman with the IQ of Maxine Waters. The little runt has been in a slump since day one of this season. He stunk so bad he celebrated beating out an infield single. He leads the team and probably the league in killing rallies and getting picked off first base (when he finds a way to get there which isn't often) And, to think the poor little fella used to win batting titles and MVP's when he knew which pitches were coming. Now, he is hitting .211 and has 28 K's to match his 28 hits. on the serious side, neither Altuve or Springer are pulling their share of the load, but, to hammer George for being injured is pushing it. Jose has been on the field every day except when Dusty gave him "mental time off" which seems to have failed. Springer has better power numbers while playing 6 fewer games.

The reason people chastise you on this forum is because you belittle Altuve when he’s struggling while defending to the death a minor leaguer like Marisnick, who is a solid defender but questionable when the ball is hit deep. One is a multiple time Silver Slugger and MVP and the other is a 4th outfielder at the very best with some pop. It’s not picking on you if they’re right.

I am reading reports that Cleveland may trade Clevinger. Also see that the Rangers are discussing Gallo in trade talks. Where is nathangarza when we really need him? Clevinger really pissed off the Cleveland team when he violated covid rules. That's how every boss should be when an employee violates rules.

Show me ONE time when I ever said Marisnick was anything other than a great defensive centerfielder. I said all that about Altuve after bortaz decided to bash Springer for being injured when George had done more to help the team this season than Jose when George has played 6 fewer games. For the record, I DON'T DISLIKE ALTUVE. I think he busts his ass to win and has a great attitude. Fans and teammates love him. But, he hasn't done a thing since the season started. He makes mental blunders at the plate and on the bases that hurt us. Most o fhis mistakes come from wanting to do too much.....the problem is that he never learns from it and does it over and over again.

Robbie Ray to the Blue Jays. Good, he would have been too expensive for a brief rental.

Robbie Ray to the Blue Jays. Good, he would have been too expensive for a brief rental. What's really good about it, is thinking we sign him in free agency next year and would not have to pay any draft compensation for him.. I think he is a classic buy low....I want the Astros the to go after him and Chris Archer....
