The Astros play in an NL park this series, so we will get to see some of the pitchers hit.
Cole has a .174 career batting avg (watch out Jake Marisnick!)
Morton is a .074 hitter and Verlander has hit .093 over just 53 career plate appearances. Of course, Cole and Morton got a lot of PAs when they played in the NL.
Time for Morton and Verlander to practice their bunting. Maybe Cole swings away gets us a double.

Of his 41 career hits, Cole has had 3 HRs and 2 doubles. He has struck out only 37% of the time, a decent improvement over Marisnick.

Altuve has had a lot more success on the road this year and last year, so maybe he'll get going again.

The whole team hits better on the road, not just Altuve. Look for them to have some good games on this trip...as long as Gattis isn't involved.

No one in our lineup has more than two career at bats versus Medlen. Cole has never given up a home run to anyone in the Dbacks lineup.
