They need to not play around with this game just because they won the first one. Don't hold back to win this game. Clinch it right now and then get ready for the next round. I'd love to see Urquidy and Lance split this game the way ZG and Framber did yesterday.

It's one thing to be conservative when you know you have a great team and you don't want to risk an injury or fatigue. But, we don't have a great team this year. We have a potentially really good lineup if they start hitting, and adequate pitching. It's go all out or risk not advancing at all. With as inconsistent as this team is this year, don't risk blowing a lead even if it's only the 4th or 5th inning.

Hopefully the 2nd time through the order will see some improvements with the bats...

Altuve hits it 103mph and gets an out, Tucker hits it less than 80mph and gets an RBI single. I'll take it!

If Jose would ever use the whole field, those hard hit balls could be hits instead of outs George was screwed when called out on strikes...two good at bats to draw walks by Brantley and Bregman and then Tucker with a clutch RBI. Let's hope Urquidy continues to do what he is doing.

Urquidy has looked great, but let's not hesitate to pull him if we need to.

I wonder if the Marlins regret that 2-year deal for Marwin. He's been pretty bad.

Runs are at a premium this series. Our pitching has looked very good.

Watching some of these MLB teams choke in October reminds me of the Astros when we used to do that

Another great pitching performance and enough clutch hitting to win it. I was afraid leaving the two on in the 9th would hurt us but Pressly nailed it down....no game until Monday in game one of the ALDS against either the A's or White Sox.

Did y'all hear them say that the last time the Twins won a playoff game, Julio Franco was still playing...and Franco is 62 years old.

Well hot damn, way to go Dusty! Dusty actually made good decisions with the pitching in both games. He pissed Greinke off yesterday but Framber proved Dusty right. I thought he pulled Urquidy too early today, but, it worked out. Raley and Pressly did the job and Javier showed nerves of steel while he was in there. In Framber, Urquidy, and Javier we found three good, young pitchers for our rotation. Raley has been outstanding out of the pen. The first three in the lineup were a combined 0-10, but, Bregman, Tucker, and Correa go the job done for our three runs.

If they keep that up, they can go farther than any of us expected. I admit that I thought the Twins would eliminate them.... I was proud to be wrong. We had outstanding pitching and clutch hitting..........that was a huge home run Correa hit today.

Marwin’s a free agent, baby! I bet he doesn't get much more than a minor league offer with a chance during ST.
