There’s no excuse for the team to rely on protecting 1-0 leads. It’s just not sustainable with this pitching. The lineup is way too good for this garbage. Like really, they’re relying on Toro to do some damage late in a game. And this moron of a manager once again brings in Stanek when they’re losing.

Our moron manager was the ultimate dumbass tonight...........bringing in Abreu with two on, two out. Result was a double over Straw's head that probably should have been caught......Then, the fool brings in Stanek to start the 7th. With the lead run at the plate in the 7th and Yordan available, the idiot sends up TORO.  I am sure....you know......Dusty will tell us........you know.........in the post game..........you know. that he was ........you know hoping Yordan would.......you know......have a chance in the 9th. To top it off and be sure we lost, he brings that damn Joe Smith to hang an 0-2 slider to give up a three run homer and be sure we lost. I said the damn fool should have never been hired and I am being proven right. I was skeptical of Straw being an every day player and he is proving me right. I said Click sat on his ass and didn't improve the team...where are the signs that he did?? I almost forgot that the great Alex Bregman returned to kill two innings by GIDP. That, and Maldonado's .091 BA and .118 OBP was also a big help. |
