It would be awesome to win both games in LA.
Somehow, someway I really hope the Dodgers implode and don't make the playoffs. I think the Yankees have a legitimate shot of not making it. But the worrisome part is if the Blue Jays,would stand to take the Yankees playoff spot, get their act together, they could be very formidable. Their batting lineup on paper is just as good as the Astros.

We can expect worse behavior from the Dodger fans than we have received anywhere. Jose, Carlos and Yuli are going to catch hell for two games. I have to wonder how effective Scherzer can be since he was scratched from his last start with the Nats due to bicep soreness. He and Buehler are both tough. We need good efforts from McCullers and Odorizzi.
We have a very favorable schedule coming up after this series if we can take advantage of it.

He said he preferred a west coast team and was unlikely to okay a trade to anywhere else, and he was not interested in going to the Yankees. I don't believe he actually said "I won't play for the Astros." If you have a story otherwise I'd like to read it, because I keep hearing that from people but haven't seen it. |

I didn't actually read those exact words that Saint is talking about and I also heard that from others, but, have never read an article to that effect.
