Altuve’s been a one-dimensional hitter, and that dimension hasn’t even been in play for about a month. In his last AB, he lunged at a pitch ankle high and way outside and tapped it to Crawford. He looks like he is determined to hit every ball to the left of second base. This is one of the reasons he gets called a dumbass.

Another brilliant pitching move by Dusty the Dumbass......brings in Raley with two on and no outs. He gets Toro to hit into a DP and then coughs up another home run to Dylan Moore who hit a slam off of him the last time he faced him. I repeat......Dusty Baker is the WORST EFFING manager in baseball. Nobody else is even close. He is a flat out idiot. I still like Raley but my word, why does he keep putting him in when it's the worst possible situation of the game? How can someone who played baseball be this bad at managing a baseball team? Hold up. Why do you like Raley?

I don't think there's as many defending Dusty's pitching moves as you think there are. If there's a contingent here doing that, it is a quiet minority I was a part of an Astros Facebook group for a couple months. About half of the people on it seemed to be in the "the Astros have a good record so Dusty must be doing a great job camp!" I am no long a part of that Facebook group. The biggest bunch of idiots on one of the facebook groups is one called Houston Astros True Fans. The people who operate the site mostly talk crap about the players and organization. There are fools there who actually say how "lucky" we are to have Dusty as manager. LOL LOL

He is the worst damn manager in baseball and we have people here who defend the moron. I don't think there's as many defending Dusty's pitching moves as you think there are. If there's a contingent here doing that, it is a quiet minorityI probably criticize him too much, but, he earns most of it with these ridiculous pitching moves. At least they sent Abreu back down so he can't use him. The absolute worst option he had was Raley and he uses him. LOL

Big clutch hit from Kyle Tucker to tie the game followed by the game-winning RBI single from Jake Meyers, This kid continues to impress Maton and Stanek were both nails in their innings. Pressly survived a leadoff walk in the 9th.

Glad to see reporters irritate Dusty by asking about his pitching moves. LOL

Putting Raley on the playoff roster would be like putting a drug addict in charge of a drug lab.

Ok guys. I turned in before the game was over last night. How did Stubbs do in Castro’s role last night? He didn’t doze off and fall off the bench did he?

Even if he wants to save Stanek, Graveman, and Pressly for innings 7+, which I don’t agree with. Use your best relievers in situations that you need to prevent the other team from scoring. Even if it is before the 7th inning. With that being said, even if he doesn’t want to use those three guys there go to Maton, Taylor, or Yimi Garcia.

Stop and think about the asinine moves Dusty has made with his pitchers and you will see a trend. For some reason, he keeps wanting to use those who failed creating the need for all the trades at the deadline. He has lost games the next day after bringing Pressly in to pitch the 9th when he had a lead of four or five runs, didn't use him the next day and lose, then, he says Pressly was "unavailable". He was unavailable because Dusty used him when he wasn't needed. He has lost games by bringing Raley, Abreu, and Javier in with runners on base and watched them give the game away. Remember the slam Merrifield hit off Javier on the first pitch after Dusty brought him in with better options in the pen. Raley allowing the home run to Moore was a repeat performance we've seen more than once. Dusty was questioned as to why he didn't use Graveman last night instead of Stanek since Graveman is his set up man. Dusty replied that Stanek was already warmed up so he brought him in. Again, the reporter questioned Dusty's reasoning. Dusty shot back "You are not the manager". LOL As it turned out Stanek was lights out.

We should have learned by now that Dusty doesn't think like the rest of us. No doubt members of his team want to scratch their heads at some of his moves. If I needed Graveman or Pressly in the 6th to get key outs and keep them from scoring, I'd use them. I think assigning guys to only pitch certain innings is a load of crap.
