Linder doesn't go 0-5 often. Giles ERA down to 3.77. Perfect outings since the face punching incident.

Y'all have no faith. Giles does fine in normal Save situations. Just don't bring him in a tie or extra innings. Like the Yankee series. He saves game one but then is brought into a tie game and blows it. |

Giles makes me nervous just warming up..........glad we survived him. This game would not have been so close if hadn't blown early chances to score especially the first inning and when Bregman accounted for all three outs in an inning by hitting into a DP and then getting picked off. I fault AJ for that because he should have had Bregman lay donw a sac bunt in that situation. When you have the pitching we do, common sense should say to lay down the bunt with runners on first and second base and Altuve and Correa to follow Bregman. No excuse for not scoring that inning. Anyway, a big win and Morton goes to 6-0 with another great job.
