Altuve, Bregman, and Correa can be dogged, but the lemons of the series are the starting pitchers. Let’s be real. As I said, we were screwed when we lost McCullers. Yeah, but no one could imagine these fools struggling to pitch 3 innings. |

The only thing I concede to the Correa critics is the starting pitching desperately needs help. Framber seems like a fluke so that just leaves McCullers. |

Framber seems like a fluke so that just leaves McCullers. The problem with the offense is easy to see.........Maldonado is 1-21 and Dusty keeps his slow ass in the lineup. But, the most glaring thing is that Altuve, Brantley, and Bregman are a combined 5 for 33. That won't cut it. |

I would like to extend Verlander and pick up another solid starter. Graveman would be nice to have a full season. Promote Lee at catcher and let Maldonado water the grass at Minute Maid.

I realize he does a good job with the pitchers, but, being an automatic out kills us, especially in the post season. I'd like to extend Verlander on a reasonable 1-2 year deal. Let Greinke go. |

If they don’t want Castro around, they should find a catcher worthy of a starting job. As it is, both catchers they have are backups.

They remind me of the performance in the playoffs the first few years for Bagwell, Bigfoot and Everett at the plate. Mike Hampton would have been a better hitter than Maldanaldo as well. |
