Best to worst, in my opinion:
Stanek, Pressly, Abreu, Montero, Martinez, Neris, Maton, Smith

Urquidy and García are the worst starters, easily 6th and 7th best on the team.

Urquidy and García are the worst starters, easily 6th and 7th best on the team. That's why I hope the Astros re-sign Verlander, so one of them can be traded.

This will be his second game started at SS since being called up. He has started one game at 3B. In a EXTREMELY small sample of innings played and total chance at SS and 3B with the Astros he has not committed an error and is batting .316 with a .856 OPS in 19 at bats. At Sugar Land this season he started 31 games at SS, 23 games at 3B, 22 games at 2B and 15 games at 1B and batted .298 with a .898 OPS in 379 at bats. I would think he is definitely under consideration as a replacement for A. Diaz or Dubon next season. Wouldn’t be surprised to see Hensley get more playing time at 3B, SS and some at 2B before the end of the regular season. I don't see the Astros offering A. Diaz a 3yr/18M deal. So Hensley is probably his successor. Dubon, might make the team, because of versatility and low price. I really hope the Astros can keep Verlander. Besides the fact that he is awesome, they could trade Garcia or Urquidy to get an OF. If we re-sign JV, why not trade Garcia and Urquidy, if necessary, to get the outfielders and first baseman we need. A starting rotation of JV, Framber, McCullers, Javier and Brown wouldn’t be too shabby.

Cedric Mullins would look good at the top of the Astros batting order and in CF for Houston next season. The Orioles need a couple good SPs.

I’m thinking since the Orioles are near to being contenders it will take a huge package to induce them to trade Mullins. I don’t think one of Urquidy or Garcia plus prospects will get the deal done. Urquidy and Garcia might.
Bryan Reynolds would likely be a less costly acquisition IMO.

I hope the starter they trade is Urquidy or García, but I think it's gonna wind up being Javier
