I saw an article mentioning Cole H. being a possible trade target for the Yanks. That would be nice. What is out there that is probably the best target, they have the prospects. |

Great win and I survived watching Giles pitch again without having a nervous breakdown. PLEASE give Carlos Corrrea a day off. I have never seen him look this pathetic. Let Bregman play SS tomoroww and Keep Davis in the lineup. Send Jake bake to Fresno. Another fantastic job by Verlander and we scored some runs for him. JD hammered that home run to give him some breathing room.

Verlander is a great pitcher who can help get over yesterday. He’s a stopper. We could not have had a better guy on the mound today than Verlander...........Morton against CC tomorrow...oh hell, that probably means Jake is in the lineup again. |

What is out there that is probably the best target, they have the prospects. Not much on the Sp market imo. Just think of the guys the Stros looked at last season, and see what they did till the end of last season and this year. The Stros struck gold with JV. Not going through all the names they would have been the answer. Cubs looking bad on Darvish and the guy that started for them last night, a lot of money given out. |

I am not surprised to see Darvish on the DL. He goes on it at least once per season and sometimes twice. We should focus on getting Herrera, Britton, or both.
