This is around the time of the game when Jake should be entering. it should have been Kemp up till now. Quite likely there would be an extra run or two on the board with Kemp in there. Good point |

Justin may get to throw 120 pitches or so today. IF the lead is 4 or more runs, I'd give it to Sipp. Otherwise, Devo. I don't know Sipp in Yankee Stadium putting on one or two runners, dicey. I was thinking let Sipp start the 9th with the bases clear if it's not a save situation. Peacock is an option, but he has had big trouble with the HR ball this year and NYY has HR type hitters. Also he has the team's worst FIP, even worse than Smith. |
