At the risk of sending Thomas into a seizure, Abreu struck out three times tonight. Yuli has struck out three times this season, and has more HR than Abreu, and is hitting over 100 points higher.

Abreu will come around. Even while struggling he has contributed something in every game but one so far. Really I think all of the veteran starters will be fine despite some with slow starts. The question marks are Chas, Pena, Diaz, Hensley, and Dubon. Maldonado and Meyers we know will suck. The offense is at least scoring runs now, and the pitching has overall been good despite a couple of blowups. |
