I am just talking about the actual discussion... Everything being said on this thread was also said on the old message board. Some of the things being said are actually incorrect... If those people took the time to look online, they could find the correct information. It would lead to a better discussion based on the facts rather than posting the same old opinions based on misinformation...
The Roseanne portion of the discussion is new, so I am referring to the CK comments... I have already posted my thoughts on it, and I don't really care to get into it again... |

I have read the entire thread. I see references to the Bill of Rights, but can't find anything about the Constitution. For the sake of studying a topic before replying about it, that is Whether it is the Constitution, or the Bill of Rights, it would make sense to go read the portion of the document you are trying to quote... or use as a reference... Just to make sure you have your facts straight... |

I guess I just find it funny that people are still arguing about CK... He is basically irrelevant at this point... It was a really heated discussion on the old message board... I just figured it would be over by now...

I don't remember the CK discussion being summed up on the other board, but it pretty much reached it's logical conclusion here sometime ago
Does CK have the right to exercise his 1st amendment rights? Yes
Does an employing NFL team have the right not to give him a tryout? Yes
Is it a fact they don't want to related in part to not wanting to lose ticket buyers? Probably
Is that unfair? Maybe, but it's also the way life goes
The whole story is exactly like what happened to Jimmy "The Greek" Snyder 30 years ago. Do you know who he was?

Just so you fellas know: as promised, I have shown Eddie the door. I saw that he’d come back, and was going to let him stay. Not five minutes later, he’d already reported posts from Corch. So, I banned him and his IP address.

Got to wonder about someone who takes the trouble to set up an account to pick a fight, knowing the mods will zot him instantly.
