I am pretty sure Tucker will stay down until he hits a point where the team gets another year of control. No matter how good he hits or how bad everyone else does.

Kyle Tucker probably won't be up until June when he's no longer a Super 2 player

OK so Tucker is hitting .282 for AAA Fresno as I write this. He hit .265 for AA Corpus Christi last year and of course he hit like gangbusters in spring training.
I'm thinking a reasonable and conservative estimation of how he'd hit in his first few months in the bigs is .250. If he outperforms that, great, but the team probably shouldn't count on him being more than a .750 OPS hitter in his first few months. Having said that, .750 OPS would currently be better than: Gattis, Fisher, Marisnick, Gonzalez and a few others.

I didn't think we would see Tucker up until maybe September with as good an offense as I figured we would have... But with the horrible production out of our current LFers, maybe we'll see him sooner than I thought. He certainly can't do worse than Fisher or Marisnick at this point.
Then push Marwin back into the role he should be in.

Tucker got his average up to 273 with last night's three hit game. To put that into perspective though that only ranks as the seventh best average on the team and his ops is the ninth best. He still needs some more seasoning.

Yep... .273 at Fresno is like .220 any where else

At times it seems like we could really use him as our third outfielder with Springer & Reddick. I think we should be ok all season without him (Even though I am tired of seeing Marisnick every game). I hope they let him play at the AAA level all season to learn/develop as much as he can.

It just seems Tucker is taking some time to get accustomed to AAA pitching. He isn't over matched, but he definitely isn't raking like he was in Spring Training.
