Trying to remain positive... Some thoughts. If you told me in March that Altuve and Yordan would both miss a month of playing time in the first half, and that McCullers and Garcia would miss the entire year, and Urquidy would miss over a month, and Brantley would miss the entire first half (if not more), but we would still be a winning team 6 games out of 1st place and 1 game out of a WC spot, I think I would be satisfied.
Obviously expectations for Bregman and Abreu were higher and Dusty has mismanaged a great number of things, but we still have a very good chance to make a good run for the postseason. And, as we've seen with this team in the past, they show up stronger in the postseason. Just have to get there.
