Marlin's hitters who have faced JV over the years don't have good numbers against him. Our guys who have faced Luzardo have mixed results: Altuve has a .500 average, Bregman has 1 homerun, Dubon has a .750 average, Maldonado has 1 homerun, & Tucker is hitless in 8 at bats.
Let's win another series! Let's just keep planning on winning every series the rest of the season. That would put as at a final record of 97-65, I like it.

With Dusty's style, Altuve was likely due for a day off anyways. Now it would be hard to argue with it. Everything lines up including allowing him to get his 2000th hit at MMP. |

There is something wrong with Dusty and his playing of Maldonado this often. It is like he has a clause he needs so many innings to qualify for a bonus at the end of the year.
There is not reason he should be catching this many games when you trying to catch the team in front.
