Amazing that we are 2-5 in our last 7 and continue to hold a 1.5 game lead in the division. This team needs to get hot and stay hot in the playoffs for any chance to make it back to the ALCS or WS.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but there’s something fishy going on against our pitchers. Like how do they simultaneously suck whenever there’s a close lead? It’s uncanny. Maybe the strategy they use has some predictability to it. Literally, anytime we retake a lead, the pitching immediately tanks. It’s very suspicious.

Against the Royals that one game the Astros lost 10-8, the pitching recorded one strikeout, and it was by Kuhnel to end the 8th inning. That guy is far from amazing. How often do you see a team in this day and age, especially a bad one, almost go a full game without striking out?
