And only 10 total on the year. Geez. I hate the guy but I almost have to respect that number.
Also looking at GDP's on the year. Marwin only has 2 and McCann 1 while Bregman and Yuli lead the way with 10 and 11 respectively. Strange stat
We also have 6 players with 30+ RBIs on the team.
Stassi (if he played the whole season) would be on pace for 30 Hrs and 90 RBIs.
Kemp has more walks drawn (8) than Yuli (7) in 30 less games and 141 less ABs. JD Davis has walked 8 times in only 17 games (45 ABs)
Correa is on pace to have about 160 Ks this year (team leader) while Marisnick is on pace for around 150 Ks in over half the ABs
Astros are 34-12 in SB this year but for some reason or another they don't run that often. (about 2 times every 3 games)

GIDP, in my opinion, can be a deceptive stat. Often, the teams that have the fewest GIDP are bad teams that rarely get a runner to first base, hence they can't GIDP.
Guys who tend to GIDP are ground ball hitters who have a high OBP hitter in the batting order one or two guys before them.

In terms of two-way player, Simmons has got to be the best shortstop in baseball.

In terms of two-way player, Simmons has got to be the best shortstop in baseball. And yet he's not even in the top-4 in AS voting for the position in just the AL.

If you remember before Game #2 of the World Series. I AM from the future (Poster I took to the game at Dodger Stadium)

Stassi has been a pleasant surprise and in a way helped from hitting the prospect bank for now.
