It would sure be nice to get some payback for that embarrassing sweep to start the year. However, I'm not holding my breath, unfortunately.
I hope Altuve is ready for the "F*ck Altuve" chant again, and I hope he punishes them for it. That flyout to end the Seattle series would have been a game-tying HR in Yankee Stadium....
JV again goes for Win #259.

Astros are peaking out of the cellar today. The angels are historically bad and are losing today, as usual. Redemption opportunity vs The Yankees this week and we will not be starting the series in last place.

Gil has good strikeout numbers but he wants to walk people if you're patient. If Altuve, Pena, Loperfido, and Diaz come out there swinging at 1st pitches out of the zone, they'll make it an easy day for him.

Cabbage and Caratini with starts today. Loperfido and Diaz on the bench. Not a bad thing. Ash will be happy that Meyers is back out there.

TFG Hunter Brown isn’t pitching. Is he now the only Astros starter that hasn’t been on the IL?

It's time. This season is a lost cause. Make some trades, let the prospects play, and get ready for next year.

At least they're mostly have some patient ABs so far. I feel like actually paid attention to the scouting report for a change. Just haven't executed.

Well, we were out of the cellar for almost 24 hours. Back in sole possession . That said, Out Of The Cellar was still a great album.

The other story of our season. Hard hit outs. No lucky, cheap hits. While the other team gets cheap hit after cheap hit.
