Can we settle on the proper nomenclature for setting up a game thread?
The standards I've seen vary.
Favorite Team vs Opponent when at home - ie Astros vs Royals
Favorite Team @ Opponent when on the road - ie Astros @ Royals
or
Home Team vs Opponent - ie Astros vs Royals at home; Royals vs Astros on the road
I only ask for consistency because there appears to be no standard.
Question 2
Should we use Town (HOUSTON) or Team Name (ASTROS) when identifying the teams? I like the team names.
Question 3
Are they the White SOX (like Boston) or the White Socks? I've seen it both ways about equally.

Looks like Marshall picked the wrong week to stop sniffing glue.......
You can't stop what you never started. I don't even think you can get modeling cement anymore. Why would you. There aren't any model kits anymore. |
