Did u hear that ridiculous stat on the A"s, they are 34-0 when leading after 7, 41-0 after 8....that is bad ass.

Overall results are overall results. Nine allowed this season and ten all of last season. ERA doesn’t explain it all. I agree. You could have 7 shutout innings in innings that don't matter, but if you give you 2 runs in 2 different innings to lose games then your 2.00 ERA is useless. |

Bear and I have noticed the increase rate of K’s by the offense this season. I don’t have the numbers in front of me, but there’s been less battling and working counts. Just seems like less tough outs this season.
