Yes, I have always considered myself to be a poor man's bibliophile.
Mine isn't as nice as most of yours I am sure. I saw a couple you were bidding on. Problem with that is I couldn't read them at the cost I would be afraid I would lose that value on just viewing them.
To me, Books are to be Read and enjoyed. Some to be read several times as each time you get a different outlook from it.
I lost a lot of mine with the first divorce and then moving a zillion times until I found myself. Just started to look again for certain titles to have.
On another note, there is someone I know locally that calls me brohan when we run into each other as we share a common outlook on some things. His wife always has a fit as we see each other very seldom and just doesn't get it.
