I would love to hear Hinch explain that. He isn't hitting, he isn't driving in runs, and he drags his lazy ass around half the time........He needs to be benched

Since he thinks he has to have Marwin in the lineup, why not DH Kemp and play Tucker in LF?  Kemp will get on base and Gattis has gone back to hitting like he did early in the season.

Here’s one stat in Marwin’s favor...he’s hitting .381 over his last 7 games.

Now that Hamels is no longer on their team, the Rangers are going to Ariel Jurado to start the second game of the series.

Jurado is straight up from AA, never played a lick of AAA from what I can tell. 

This will be his second major league start. He gave up 4 runs over 4.1 IP last time out.

Leave it to the Astros to let him take a no-hitter into the 8th...

it seems to me with White getting sent down, he's the guy they want to package in a trade. Kinda like what they did with Domingo Santana in 2015. Based on the track
record of the front office, that probably means they value White's defense the least

I get that White would likely make an upgrade at DH, but Luhnow is probably looking for DH candidates who are better than Yuli with the glove
