I hope they get rid of Harris just to keep Hinch from pressing that button. I held my breath the entire inning he was on the mound. He is the weak link in that pen. I had rather keep Perez. |

Could’ve gotten the sweep, but the fates are conspiring against us. I don't know about fate, but, having Gurriel on the bench and Springer getting hurt left us with a horrible lineup. Kemp hit the home run,but, struck out three times going out of the zone. Davis is lost and needs to go back to Fresno. If we have to keep him or White, I'd keep White. If George goes on the DL, we probably see Tucker back. |

Good Jorb, Joke. Kudos to you. It's about time you recognized his value. I didn't say a word about value. He lucked into a play, so I gave him kudos for executing for once. The real nut cutting with Joke is coming to a team near you, soon, when George goes on the DL and Marisnick has to play every day...and is exposed for the fraud that he is. |

If the HBPs were retaliatory, I would assume it was because some Dodgers thought the Astros ran up the score yesterday (worst Dodger defeat since 1923, that's one helluva way for their lineup to be remembered).

This game seemed to drag on and on...
The second pitch to Dozier in his RBI at-bat was def a strike... changed the whole complexion of that AB. Had the right call been made, maybe LAD doesn't get those two runs and the Astros win.
Lots of leadoff men on for the Astros and they never come home.
Yuli with a good opposite field drive that probably would have scored the tying run had it found open grass.
Still, can't win many games on only five hits. With Springer, Correa, and Altuve all out at once, maybe that is about all we can expect.

Nothing remotely fraudulent about his defense. He is a better centerfielder than George. Our best OF is Reddick-Marisnick-Springer. Kemp is a below average outfielder. |

I was just looking over the stats of our guys at AA and AAA. If Springer has to go on the DL, we don’t really have any outfielders at AA or AAA who are doing much with the bat lately. |

It’s one thing if McCullers gets hurt since this rotation is stacked, but the offense needed help simply because of the decline of Marwin. The way things are now, they need the HEB Trio out there healthy fairly urgently. Oakland isn’t going away anytime soon. |
