With as hot as Oakland has been and now all these injuries at once, we may find it hard to tread water very long. With Mad Bum going in the second game, it might be hard to steal to in SF. |

I'm not sure we can even take one of these with our current team... With as hot as Oakland has been and now all these injuries at once, we may find it hard to tread water very long. With Mad Bum going in the second game, it might be hard to steal to in SF. I will be happy splitting these two games,. Our best chance is tonight. I don't think we have a lineup who can do much with Bumgarner. |

We have to put some distance between us and the A's this month and we play them a bunch of games so it's heads up boys. They play a pretty easy schedule in September.

This Dereck Rodriguez has really come charging out of the gate this summer. He may be about as tough as Bumgarner. Oddly enough, by being on the Grizzlies earlier this year, Kemp, White, and Davis got to face Rodriguez back in May. They all got hits in that game.
