He wasn't complaining about him when he got that fat overpaid contract from the Nats. No, he didn't. Several of his clients were surprised at the end of last season when teams didn't line up to sign them........Werth was one of them. |

Why would Boras worry about losing a client, the players come crawling to him for his service. The new breed of brain trust in the front office are playing with different rules now.

We already have Altuve signed up, and it won't matter with Keuchel and Marwin.

I'm not sure it will that much. Boras didn't do an amazing job this offseason. GMs are wising up to his act.

Boras didn't have the success he expected in getting big contracts for his clients. We need to get Cole, Correa, and Springer locked into contracts. I'd hold off offering McCullers until he proves he can stay healthy, |
