Yuli is lost at second base....no reason for him to be there with Marwin and Kemp both available.

I mean I get it if you didn’t have a weak-armed converted outfielder who has tons of experience at 2B with Tony Kemp. Well, actually with Correa back, it makes more sense because they need to play White. I just don’t know why they can’t cut down on Gattis’s starting DH role with White or Gurriel. I wouldn’t mind seeing Kemp at 2B just to keep his bat in there. |

If and this is a big if, Springer comes back and hits somewhere between what he did to start the year and his overall average, and if Correa can somehow pull his head out of his back side, then the additions of Kemp's bat and White's bat will be enough. But the big dogs gotta howl. Otherwise we in deep doo doo.
