I think it's safe to say that we really need to take at least 2 out of 3 of these games with Oakland. Hopefully the offense stays hot and Morton picks up his 13th win.

I like our chances tonight & Sunday. I'm worried tomorrow the A's will get a lot of annoying, weak hits off Keuchel.

What a difference one game makes. Tuesday night I think a lot of us were pretty down on what to expect going forward.

If you at least have some good ABs in the first inning, it's a good sign.

There are several things that are reasons to be more upbeat now versus when we were at home. We are on the road where we win over 70% of the time, Correa is starting to look a little better, Springer is coming back and he usually does well after a rest, White is getting more playing time and hitting like a stud when he does, Gattis showing signs of heating back up, Gurriel hitting the ball better last few games, and probably most important is that Altuve is reported to be getting close to return. A lot of good stuff over the last few days.

Having a deeper line up eases the psychological pressure that each individual faces. Also I forgot to mention as a positive, we have not lost in Oakland so far this year. We are 6-0.

I am much more confident playing them in Oakland than I would be at MMP and I would not be surprised if the A's were more comfortable in Houston. Getting Springer back should also be a boost.

I"d do it myself but I have to go to work in the morning. There's something about fire and meat that seems to get the Astros going.

It’s hard to believe that the other fans at the Oakland ballpark haven’t complained and got an end put to that nonsense. Of course, maybe the fans have complained and threatened, “If you don’t put a stop to the drumming, I am going to stop coming to the games,” ..., and A’s management refused to forbid the drumming. That could help explain their low attendance.

Thomas is the one with the lucky Weber. It never fails.

I was going to say aren't you 12/13 hours ahead of us If that is the case you can grill now and be done before its time to run to the office.

Let's keep our fingers crossed. Any word on Jake's groin injury? Don’t see anything on Marisnick and I need to correct info on Altuve. Hinch said he could go on rehab assignment this weekend. Altuve's still a week to ten days away if we got good fortune. But McTaggart tweeted he took batting practice again today and sprayed line drives all over the field

Why does Bregman pop out so much?

Why does Bregman pop out so much? Before the ASB, he cut down on that a lot and was crushing the ball. It’s a sign of struggle for him.
