Dallas Keuchel vs. Dylan Bundy
On paper this looks to be the most difficult game of the series. Bundy often goes 7 innings and the Orioles have kept their top two relievers (Darren O'Day and Brad Brach) rested for this game.
Bundy can be a tough cookie to crack, but he's fallible and "Home Keuchel" is significantly tougher than "Away Keuchel". So buckle up and let's wish the Astros a sweep of the O's to start the home stand.

The Astros have faced Bundy twice before, once as a starter and once as a reliever. They are hitting .385 against this pitcher, with the best hitting performances having been turned in by Altuve, Correa, Gonzalez, and Kemp. Correa and Kemp won't be in tonight's game but let's see how the lads do against Baltimore's staff ace today.

The Astros will win. The Astros will win. The Astros will win. The Astros will win. The Astros will win. The Astros will win. The Astros will win.

I probably would have had McCann DH today and have Marisnick on the bench to start the game (that would leave an OF of Springer/Reddick/Fisher). Just because McCann brings a lefty bat that's been hot recently and Bundy tends to struggle more against lefties. But Hinch understands this better than I do.

I bet Dylan Bundy doesn't have his own dedicated corner at Camden Yards. He's clean shaven so if they want to make Bundy's Corner, they'd have to hand out... rosy cheeks, I guess.

Baseball gods didn't appear very happy with the chicken sacrifice.
Maybe they want a roasted lamb? Pig? Water buffalo?

WE just need 5 innings from Keuchel. Peacock and McHugh are both rested, plus a few other guys. If it becomes a blowout, it will be Sippin' time.

I like this ump's strike zone much more than the ones we've seen in recent games.

You could see the baseball gods blowing the ball onto the pitcher's mound so the O's could squeak out another hit. But there is a war in baseball heaven, apparently, and the Astros' angels are starting to turn the tide.

Bundy struggles most on his second time through the batting order. Oddly enough, he usually pitches better on the third time through. So we are coming up to our big scoring window.
