Big inning in the 8th.....Marwin homers, Reddick and Kemp single, Bregman doubles, Jose hits ground ball to third that is thrown into our dugout scoring two more runs..........Then, I AM USELESS keeps playing pepper with Simmons to end the inning. We needed those three runs.

If the article on MLB is right. Marwin had 6 HR before August and with tonight's HR he has 8. If they were off with one he now has 7 in the month

He has had enough at bats now to have his timing back,but, he mostly hits weak ground balls and popups. He is not close to the player he was last year and does not appear to have the same energy he needs to have. He just looks out of it.

Studing to pass the Ham Operator Test I never did any transmitting, but I have spent many an hour tuning in to shortwave. I used to send reception reports to stations all around the world. They would always send you something unique to their country when they got your report. |

Can't they make it somebody's job in the dugout to remind batters when they 'forget'?

Breaking your hand/wrist is one of the worst injuries for a hitter and takes a long while to recover. |
