From Astros.com:
“Bregman's leadoff double in the first inning extended his MLB-best road on-base streak to 44 games, now the second-longest such streak in Astros history”
I know he won’t do it, but AJ should leave Bregs at #1 in the order when Springer returns.

I agree with keeping Bregman in the leadoff spot......better contact. draw walks, and get on base. He is also the home run threat that Hinch likes leading off. I also thought it was a good job by Osuna to hit Ohtani just to let the Angels know that hitting Altuve is a bad idea.........I only wish he could have gotten Trout instead.

Did you think it was intentional? Either way, homeboy needs to start wearing gear on that arm. We can’t afford to lose him again.

Studing to pass the Ham Operator Test I never did any transmitting, but I have spent many an hour tuning in to shortwave. I used to send reception reports to stations all around the world. They would always send you something unique to their country when they got your report. Do you still tune in or have you given that up and let your license go. Good for ten years with a two year to renew but not use till you renew.

I doubt if Anderson intentionally hit Altuve, but, as Blum said, if you hit our MVP, we will protect him. For that reason, Osuna nailed Ohtani. I think if Trout were due up again in the game, he would have been the target. Trout, like Jose, was coming back from the DL. The Angels hit Altuve so it was appropriate for us to go after Trout. Osuna didn't use a high pitch to get Ohtani but hit him on the butt. No intent to injure him .......just send a message. Jose should wear the protection on his arm like Biggio used to do. He had it on the next time he came up.

I need to find a long wire antenna that is compliant with my HOA.

This could’ve been Osuna’s call either because he wanted to gain favor in the clubhouse or because he believed they had it coming.

I could see Osuna doing it to gain respect and because he was defending his New Teammates.
