Reddick is having a down year but I think he would have to get worse still to lose significant playing time.

If I recall correctly, Tucker was supposed to be the regular LFer by the All Star break. Neither Kemp or White were really on the radar. So the best laid plans rarely work out as expected.

I never thought that.  I have stated for a long time that Tucker was getting moved too fast.  He was not dominating his competition at any level but was better than most.  He just got promoted and moved on.  His staying at AAA this year was a real good thing and in my opinion will position him to have a great rookie campaign next year.  In right field.
