Giles is just a distant memory. I checked his stats with Toronto and they’re worse then when he was with Houston this year.

Giles is just a distant memory. It's weird AJ's 7-8-9 relief combo wasn't on the roster last season and didn't cost 9 figures like it did the Rockies. And they're doing better too. It's hard to overstate what a great general manager we have

I knew he wasn't married......just reminding an individual who can't seem to understand that men who have never been married can't be a wife beater. As of now, Osuna has not been convicted of anything and I doubt that he will be convicted. In any case, he is doing the job we acquired him to do.

I had to watch this one on tape delay. Halfway through it looked like the BoSox would take this game... biggest knock of the night had to have come from Kemp.
The Boston fans must have been thinking "Tony Who?" when Hinch put Kemp in as PH.
At times it seemed Cole and the relievers flirted with disaster, but then again the BoSox didn't earn the best record in MLB on luck alone, so their tenacity at times made Astros pitching look weak.
Glad to see this one work out well.

I read an article from a Boston side...said that Kemp was a “light hitter”. that move seemed a lot like Hal Lanier's style of Astros baseball to me... putting in a hitter who you know is often good for a base hit. not the guy who has a 1-in-20 (which is still good) chance of hitting the HR. sometimes the Light Hitter is exactly what a team needs.

I have nothing for contempt for those who commit the crime.
But we live in an era where every charge is immediately believed before there is even a chance to respond. People LIE. It is no longer embarrassing to be a victim (nor should it have ever been.) But that negates the assumption of many women's right's groups which demand we believe every ACCUSATION.
And accusing a public figure of something to make oneself look like a victim is financially beneficial.
Let Osuna have an opportunity to defend himself and then let the process, however flawed, play out.
I'm not for abuse from any quarter, whether it be from the accused, the accuser or the justice system.

I read somewhere that MLB saw pictures of her injuries. That’s why he got the suspension. I notice he prays before every outing. That’s great. Maybe he’s praying for forgiveness as well. Just wait till the playoffs start. You know this will be a hot topic.
