I heard that Osuna had a court hearing in Canada on Sept. 5. Was there any word in the press about what happened at that hearing? I didn't notice him missing any games to travel up to Canada to appear before a judge.
I have no idea what he did or didn't do, but I'm amazed that he can go out there and do his job reasonably well (in a baseball sense) with this thing hanging over his head.

I had to watch this one on tape delay. Halfway through it looked like the BoSox would take this game... biggest knock of the night had to have come from Kemp. The Boston fans must have been thinking "Tony Who?" when Hinch put Kemp in as PH. |

The Boston fans must have been thinking "Tony Who?" when Hinch put Kemp in as PH. It was the right move with the right player. I was confident in a groundout RBI or sac fly, but he far surpassed that. Kudos to Hinch for understanding the moment and executing his plan masterfully. |

I would use the same lineup in today's game except I would use Kemp in LF and bench Reddick. Expect a good game from Morton.

Yes, but I also think if a guy continues to start that he needs over one hit every two weeks. I doubt if putting Kemp if LF at Fenway woukd make that much difference, especially if Jake is in CF |

I like Reddick on defense but he just hasn’t hit since the regular season 2017.

It's never about just the offense (unless the DH/PH) or the defense. It's about the total package. One might be strong and one weak and be equal with one average at both. I think a total WAR combines them for a good estimate of overall value to the team.
