Watching Mychal Givens out there, I had to wonder whether the Astros shouldn't have tried harder to get him in July.
He's thrown 74 innings so far this year, a great workload for a reliever, and kept his FIP under 3.15. His ERA is around 4.15 but that's largely due to having a second-rate defense behind him. The guy's a workhorse and misses bats.

Well, the "worst player in baseball" just saved another game for us with his defense. As TK said, Jake is one of the top outfielders in the game. As Saint rightfully said, he is a defensive magician. I guarantee that every player on our team, especially the pitchers, want Jake on this team.
It is painful to watch Correa hit. I had a feeling he would kill that innning with a DP and he was right on schedule. I know he is going to be on the playoff roster, but, I would really like to know why those who make the decision think he is worth a roster spot at this point.
