As far as I'm concerned, whoever wins the ALCS (hopefully us) wins the World Series. I've got this feeling that the NL team won't be any competition. I didn't have this feeling last year. Last year I knew the Dodgers would be a threat and that it would probably go 7. This year I don't have that feeling about the Dodgers or Brewers. In fact, I have that feeling about Boston. They are the only threat, and this is probably going to go 7, with it hopefully going our way.
Let's do it!

I thought the Yankees already won the World Series when they got Stanton from Miami. What happened?

In his defense, it was his first time in the postseason. Again, there is no level of bad performance that you won't make an excuse for. L.M.A.O. (Well, except for a cerain Astro or 2)

"Yeah, Stanton sucks! It doesn't matter that he's one of the top premier sluggers in baseball with a history of top level success and had another very good year! All that matters is that he only had two good games out of his first five in the postseason (including at least one hit in four of them)! What a bum! He's for sure the reason they lost!!!!" Is that better?

Your hyperbole doesn't negate the fact that you're completely inconsistent in your evaluation of player performance.

I've been critical of one player but I've still pointed out his strengths. Naughty, naughty, Todd......you are lying again. You have bashed many players. First, it was Gurriel, who you claimed was not a productive hitter even though he led the league at the time in hitting with RISP. Then, you started on Maldonado as soon as the trade was announced. You claimed your boy Stassi was our best catcher and that Maldonado would be left off the playoff roster. I told you that Luhnow didn't deal for Maldonado to leave him off the roster. I also told you that Stassi would be left off......guess who's right . You recently said that Harris is a reliable reliever in close games even though he has a history of tanking in most of them going all the way back to the ALDS against KC. He was so unreliablle that he was only used to mop up in last year's post-season and down the stretch this year. He came in against Cleveland on Monday because we had a 10-2 lead. And to be sure his streak of allowing runs was kept intact, he allowed a run in the 9th. If the game had been close to being in doubt, Harris would have never gotten up in the pen to warm up.

Sure are a lot of Astros connections in these playoffs. Cora, David Stearns in Milwaukee, JD Martinez are some of the bigger names.
