Despite losing 4 games to 1 to Boston we still made it to the ALCS and played the best team in the game.
I feel better knowing JV got shelled today as we were outmatched regardless of the outcome of the other games. Boston has a team primed to win another ring and the Astros are to thank for that (With Cora).
Great season. We powered through for 103 wins even though there were significant injuries. The starting pitching held up, but come playoff time that appears to not matter as much as timely moves and hitting.
Thank you baseball gods for giving us one ring at least. And hopefully we get another as we will be looking to replace Keuchel and Gattis next season.
Here! Here!

Let’s go Brewers, let’s go! I second that. In spite of losing this series to Boston,we had a great season. We overcame injuries to key players to win 103 games and that's not easy. The only player who had a better offensive year than last year was Bregman. Hopefully, Altuve and Correa come back 1009% healthy in Spring Training. We lost this series to a superior team who did all the right things when they had to. Big two out hits with runners on base. If we made any mistake, they took advantage. We wasted chances to win games 2 and 4. The bullpen which had pitched so consistenly well did not come through in this series. Going 17 days without pitching took its toll on Morton. Lack of work helped Osuna get shelled in game 3. He came back tonight with 3 perfect innings. Anothe trip to the WS was just not in the cards this time, but, we will be back.
