Going by Berkman's knee surgery, Altuve will be marginally better in 2019 with an MVP-campaign in 2020

They’re kind of general on the surgery information, but if he’ll be ready by Spring Training, we can all exhale.

Altuve had a fine season this year, but I'd love to get back 2017 Jose Altuve or close to that. .330 average, 20+ home runs, 80+ rbis and 200+ hits.

I expect bounce back from all of the hitters except Bregman. Reddick is better than his 2018, as is Gurriel, Correa, and Altuve.
It was a short off-season for them last year all things considered.

We also need to pay attention to what they do with McCullers as far as Tommy John surgery is concerned.

I wish I could remember what board I was on when we had a poster with a sports medicine background who could tell us what was really going on with injuries and a realistic prognosis. We just called him DOC.
But I can't remember whether it was baseball or football.
