Has he said that? or do we just presume it? Presuming based on comments about NYC, Jeter, etc. Plus, you can tell the way he is positioning himself on social media with his model wife's show that they have bigger brand-growing dreams. Not to mention the fact that he has basically shot down any extension talk so far. He seems pretty determined to test free agency. That being said, I also think Springer would prefer to play in the NE. We'll see. Yeah, I remember those comments, but there is an old saying that is something like "be careful what you ask for". The NYYs have the most brutal fan base on earth. When you win that many flags the citizens get grumpy real fast around poor performance.. If CC excels up there, he'll love it. But OTOH, if he fails to meet expectations, he'll be crying wanting his way back to Houston. |

This is my ranking of Luhnow priorities: 1. Cole 2. Verlander 3. Springer 47. Correa agreed on top 3 but I would keep Correa in top 10 barring more issues. |
