Tim Lincecum is probably a little high and he isn't even on the list.

Kershaw's #9? I think this list relied a lot more on previous results than upcoming expectations. The way it looks, I doubt Kershaw starts 20 games this year.

And Cleveland with 4 of the top 25?    If that was the case, they'd pre-print their WS tickets.

Me too, but I think he has shown more already than some of those others.
