I like Ernest, mostly. Erin I could take or leave. No offense, Lydia. No offense taken. I've heard that from others before. She's really a good person but can come off a little standoffish. I never say that, though I think you had to understand the Aussie part of Her. I always thought her to be very friendly until people became rude towards the two of them. Seen this one today.
It was a suggestion by a Toronto Fan
As the season goes by the Blue Jays slowly fade into the back of the league.
They have the young guys comming up and the Veterans who need to be moved.
Why dont we gauge into the Astros alittle and get some of there players who are down on there luck or are blocked and cant come up.
Houston Recieves: Marcus Stroman, Aaron Sanchez and Loudis Gurriel
Jays Recieve:
Tyler White (could be a steal if he snaps out of his funk in Houston)
Derek Fisher (very fast guy, Astros loved him on ther WS run, could need a change of scenery)
Framber Valdez (Replaces Sanchez, stays healthier then Sanchez)
Josh James (This guy has a heck of a Fast ball could develope into a much better pitcher then Stroman)
4 Prospects
Bryan Abreu, Cionel Perez, Dean Deetz and Ross Adolph.
We need pitching help in the Minors. Perez is highly touted by the Astros Brass and could be a steal in any deal. He has played in the majors already. Dertz and Adolph could be wild cards. Abreu looks like he has a chance to be a solid number 3 or 4.
All in all I think we win in this deal. No more headache with Stroman. And no more disappointment in Sanchez. We have Biggio up already why mot bring up BO?
So i for 1 would be all over this trade. We could push Corbin to the Pen with Sanchez. Gurriel would push super Jack back to the Minors. Ironically Gurriel can play OF aswell which could push Kemp off this team. Js this would be an interesting trade.

I don't think that deal is horribly lopsided since they only have one more year out of both Stroman and Sanchez, but I don't see why they would include Gurriel in that deal when they want young controllable players. |

I don't think that deal is horribly lopsided since they only have one more year out of both Stroman and Sanchez, but I don't see why they would include Gurriel in that deal when they want young controllable players. From the buzz they are talking they want upside SP for the future. They dont really have any in the Blue Jays Farm. They seem to believe they have the ats other then OFers. But Sps not so much. Almost none of them believe Sanchez has value due to his injury history. Im not sure of what all the injurys are but they keep saying his pitching hand |

But from most of the responsesthey seem to all agree Biggio Vladjr Bo etc are the new team and they should move all to help them grow.
They agree SP and OF young guys would be the biggest needs they have.
If they can get value then go for it.
Most of the guys on the .ca site absolutely do not like Stromans attitude towards the team and very mush wanting Sanchez off the team, thinking he is just a place holder due to his injurys every year. They think he wont ever be the 2016 SP he once was.
And Gurriel can play Multiple postions on the INF and OF. But who knows?

After that its poop shoot all the way down.
But there batters look pretty good to close to MLB ready.
