I promise you Lindor will not be traded. Period. VooDoo hears 'sellers' and immediately assumes massive fire sale, gutting the team and starting over. Three of the four names he mentioned have two and a half years of team control. The Indians will keep them if they're retooling for next year. Leonys Martin Dioner Navarro Tyler Clippard Adam Rosales Ryan Flaherty Those are the Indians who will be FA this winter. They're definitely on the sell list. I’d take Lindor in a heartbeat and trade Correa.

Keep Correa until he's a free agent and then make a QO. Health issues or not, he's a top-3 SS in the league. No reason to trade him as long as we're still a contender the next couple years. Then we can either move Bregman over there full-time or look at other options.

I'm starting to wonder if Alvarez is the trade chip. Luhnow's referred to him as a pure DH directly and indirectly on separate occasions, and guys like that Hinch and the front office don't put too high a premium on going by the track record
What would you acquire for Álvarez if you were Luhnow? Jeff skeets for mid-rotation starters with club-controlled salaries for the near future .. so that'd be a good guess

To retool and clear some cap space. They said a team like the Padres could go after Lindor. Tyler B. Has value as far as he has another year of control but, the Indians starting rotation other then Clevinger has totally sucked ASS this year. HAND has value to the Team but they have someone who makes less and can do the same in there pen. Santana is high cost so if they can dump that salary they would be in good shape overall. Also note Im just reporting what they are saying. Im noy saying they will sell, like the Royals, Orioles or Marlins. But they believe this Indians team does not have it and guys like Jose Ramirez and Kluber have not shown up like they whete last year.

What would you acquire for Álvarez if you were Luhnow? I would only take a Stroman or Taillon type of Player for him. And we would be able to dump a Devenski along with him.

But I think Alvarez is a Glen Allen Hill clone. Who will have a .280+ AVG 30+ HRs and around 80+ RBIs. .800+ OPS
Im not trading the guy. I would trade Tucker first, based off his unorthodox approach at the plate. Im sure we could do Kyle Tucker, Tyler White and Two SP prospects not in the top ten and Net a package of either Whit Merrifield and maybe Brady Singer Or Marcus Stroman and Lourdis Gurriel
Js. call me crazy but I would jump at those packages.

If we are going to deal top prospects, it needs to be for a quality starting pitcher under club control for 2-3 years

I’d take Lindor in a heartbeat and trade Correa. This thing with Correa's broken rib really rubs you the wrong way, doesn't it? I think some people are being a little too hard on the guy. It's very rare to find players that play 150+ games every year anymore. Even Altuve and Trout have missed significant time over the last couple seasons. I think what makes it frustrating with Correa for *some* fans, is the mysterious nature in which his injuries/pain occur and information is/isn't released to the public. For some reason a lot of fans think they're entitled to know how an injury occurs.

If nathan was someone's GM .. Stroman wouldn't still be a Blue Jay these last 4 years
Unless he's Toronto's GM

He has too many "connections" not to be a Mlb general manager.
