Players and coaches want Jake on the team. Replace White...the team dud........with Alvarez. What the players and coaches want is irrelevant. If they had their way we would have Marwin, no Osuna, and probably not Brantley. You tell me what’s better. Maybe the most appropriate screen name on this board is InLuhnowWeTrust. He got us to juggenarunt status, and we don't need 30 other jr. GM's muddying the water. |

They have said they wanted Jake. |

Who cares what the coaches or players want? Besides Corch, that is, who consistently ignores the fact that the same staff put White and Kemp and Stassi into the lineup on a daily basis.

They liked Marwin and wanted him to stay, which likely would’ve prevented a Brantley signing. Verlander and a couple others are staunch anti-abuse guys and we’re reported as not being too thrilled with Luhnow getting Osuna. |

I certainly don't always agree with what coaches and players want,but, it is apparent that Luhnow and Hinch want Jake. They probably want Kemp. The other two are here for whatever reason......both do nothing for the team. |

My guess is that all are now glad we have Osuna and Brantley instead of Marwin. The main free agent I wanted to keep was Morton. |
