Got a steal yesterday as far as I'm concerned. Let's see if we can get another.

Tonight is a tough matchup with Peacock vs. Price. On paper it may favor Boston. They need to break Price tonight.

Harris's 26 straight scoreless appearances in 2016 was a pretty impressive run. Especially considering he was like the only decent reliever in the pen at that time. It's been mentioned on this board before, that beyond Harris, one probably has to go back to Larry Andersen to find a reliever who has put up a very solid year after year in the bullpen for this many years straight.

Fisher replacing Springer drops our talent level a few notches. I trust we don't see Fisher and fat ass in the lineup at the same time.

Alvarez going through a tough stretch right now. 1-17 in his last 4 games. He has struck out just 3 times in those games though while walking twice.

Fisher has had a good season in AAA so far. Maybe he can make it stick in the majors this time.

Fisher has actually hit left handlers well at AAA this year. His OPS vs lefties is nearly .250 higher than vs righties. Tyler White is 0-5 with 4 strikeouts in his career vs Price. I would rather see Fisher DH tonight than White.

Lost in the shuffle is Harris being slimmer (take note, White) along with the fact that he surgically got rid of his hernia. Maybe that could explain the effectiveness this time around.

Fat ass-------Stassi-------Kemp in a row with Kemp in CF for some reason. Putting your worst OF in CF and another left-handed bat against Price makes NO sense............three automatic outs in a row. Hinch's clipboard really screwed us this time. Why do you play Kemp in CF against Price instead of Jake? Bad move by Hinch and his clipboard.

Man, that is a defensively porous outfield. The least they could have done was put Brantley at DH with Kemp or Fisher in LF. Though I’m not the biggest fan of Marisnick, you have to play him in CF while Springer is out.

If Fisher struggles and Springer’s injury lingers, we could see Tucker in a couple weeks provided Kyle continues to rake at AAA.
