I would give up Tucker in a packaged deal to get Thor and Lugo.... solidifies the team for this season and the next 2 to follow. I would do that deal as well. Then I would try my best to extend Springer asap. Yes, that would be the next move.... I think Thor is scheduled to pitch either tomorrow or Tuesday... I don't see the Mets actually pitching him, it would not be worth the risk, if they're going to trade them. That means the trade should go down before he would pitch.... Coupled with the Mets acquiring straw man, Thor is going to be traded.... Let's hope the Astros get him. |

If the Mets have acquired Stroman, perhaps he is the key to getting Tucker and Straw?
Thor and Stroman for a package including Tucker, Straw and Kemp?

I would give them more for those 2. Sign me up! That is exactly what I think is in the works but I can't see both Tucker and Straw in the deal. I doubt that kind of a deal is in the works but if it is then I would have to agree that there is no way Tucker and Straw are in the deal. Maybe Tucker, Urquidy, Fisher, Kemp, Toro and Beilak would get the deal done and that is a bunch. |
