Verlander really having control issues early here. Needs to get through this inning and settle down. already with three innings of pitching in two

I don't think JV gets past the 5th today. Yeah no way. Unless he has a very efficient 4th and 5th. |

I thought I read that Verlander is off of his 5 day between starts. With OCD that could be an issue

I thought I read that Verlander is off of his 5 day between starts. With OCD that could be an issue He usually gets 4 days rest. with the days off and decision to maintain a regular 5 man rotation, he was pushed to six days rest. |

With his OCD that can play in his mental game preparedness While at times today he has been good but wild and giving up those little hits.
