Whatever is left of the Mariner fan base, they don't have to feel that bad after another Stros barrage.

I root for the Texans every game unless they are playing America's team. When your wife is hot and ready to go, your next erection, you will lose I thought me and you were better than that. Lol.

Like I said brother, WE still have room... For Bill O’Brien? No. For Watson.

Watson miraculously takes them the length the field for a go ahead TD and then their DUMBASS head coach plays a soft defense against Brees and cost his team the game by letting the Saints get in field goal range. T feel sorry for the Texans........They will never win a tit le with an idiot like O'Brien as head coach........pathetic. His team works that hard for a win and then he blows it for them.

I figured the Texans would lose by 3 TD's. Saints are a SB caliber team. Great showing for them on the road to boot. I'd call it a win in grand scheme.

That’s the modus operandi for Texans coaches. They play not to lose and generally lose. However, the problem started with them not replacing Jackson and Mathieu in their secondary.

With all the offense, don't forget about Greinke. 6 IP 6 K and only 2 hits with no runs.

Greinke has taken a few games to settle in in the past when changing teams. He's about to show off. I think this game qualifies as showing off.

I was surprised to see Oakland give up so early. They took their starters out before we did.

It is good to see AJ getting to rest some regulars the last couple games. One of the benefits of having the up-to-40-man active roster in September is that it allows managers to rest more regulars once the games are in hand in the month of September and possibly give their minor injuries a chance to heal and their bodies a chance to refresh somewhat before the playoffs in October. Next season the maximum active roster in September drops to 28. Managers won’t be able to make mass substitutions like AJ has the last couple games. I wonder if this will have a noticeable impact on the quality of play in the playoffs beginning next season.

AJ getting to pull regulars early and letting other guys play gives players like Tucker, Straw, Toro, and Stubbs a chance to audition for spots on the post-season roster.

Just came in, what did I miss? Greinke gave up two hits and we probably lost. I’ll have to check the box score.

I’ve waited so long to see someone hit one to the third deck in right field. Thank you, Yordan.

It's actually probably correct since the optimum Launch angle is about 10 degrees and this one was 36 degrees. But getting it that high at that distance means that hang time was optimal.
