They might need to trade Correa for some pitching if Cole doesn’t return. I think we can get pitching and an infielder for him and would go for that even if Cole does sign. Signing Cole and extending Springer have to be our top priorities in the off season.

Yup. It's only worth it if he has a strong postseason and gets some of that value back. For the good of the organization, we have to get rid of Correa and his "issues"...........Someone will give us value for him, especially if it's an LA or NY team. Those are the locations hoochie mama is leading him with the ring she has in his nose. He has worn out his welcome with a majority of fans. I am sure many Hispanic fans won't like it if we trade him, but, it has to be done. None of the other players will say it, but, most of them are tired of this slacker and seeing him paid to sit on his ass. That's it. Correa for Trout.
LOL!

It doesn't *have* to be done if the return isn't worth it. if the Astros can't re-sign Cole and don't extend Springer this OS, then trading Correa is not a paramount, especially if they are not at least good value for him. He is still a very talented player, both offensively and defensively....he still an asset to the team.....so you wait to trade him when his value is good enough, where you getting players back you really want. I think Reddick, being Tucker has a higher ceiling Toro and Reddick's $16M is more than what Correa will get in arbitration, is the player that has higher need of being traded between Correa and him.

Correa, Reddick and prospect(s) for Syndergaard and Lugo. Hell F yeah, but not going to happen.....but if it would, what a game changer for the Astros rotation....I am getting greedy, but still would hope Crane would say F it, and re-sign Cole. For Shits and Giggles Verlander Cole Thor Greinke Lugo Would have to be up there as best rotation of all time.

With all the success the Yankees have had with a mediocre at best rotation, it almost seems like we should work on getting more of a shutdown bullpen for next year.

Maybe he feels like he's only getting paid a third of what he's worth so why not play only a third of the time . His answer in the off season may be "Pay me $20 mill next season and I'll give you 150 games. Pay me $10 million and I'll give you 75".

I wish we could send him to the Mets in a deal for Syndergaard.

Giving Gurriel and Springer both an off day doesn't make much sense.

I would have preferred to see Tucker in the lineup instead of Jake with Reddick in CF.

Astros GM - “I think we are going to pass the Yankees. I think we are going to pass them because you just think about what we are putting out there every night.”
Hinch - You get a day off.... you get a day off. Might as well plug in Devo in a tight game

If Hinch puts that strutting jackass into a tight game, we will know he has lost his mind.

I don’t mind Correa batting 5th, though. It’s like more of a “stop loafing” approach by Hinch.
